Want to work out in a smaller group? Need a more individualized program? Would you like help with what to eat, how to eat and when to eat? Coming back from an injury or need to work at a more advanced level? Do you have specific goals? Small group training is for you! The training will be personalized for each group member. Small Group Training includes weekly evaluation, assessment of individual goals, fitness "homework" and accountability. The group will meet once per week for 6 weeks. Limited spots available.
